Delio was entering the e-grocery market in Poland, a space already dominated by established players like Frisco and Lisek, presenting a significant challenge in gaining the trust of potential customers. Additionally, the prevailing trend of e-grocery shopping via mobile apps highlighted Delio's glaring absence in mobile commerce, underscoring the need for a robust digital presence across devices to effectively compete and capture market share.

To build the foundational trust required for a new entrant like Delio, we initiated our strategy by enhancing the brand's website with rich content that resonated with the target audience. This phase was crucial in establishing Delio as a trustworthy option for e-grocery shopping. Following this, I led the UI design for the website, ensuring it was optimized for web, tablet, and mobile, providing a cohesive and user-friendly experience across all devices. Simultaneously, I focused on designing the UX for Delio's mobile app, developing wireframes and interactive prototypes to ensure an intuitive and engaging shopping experience. Through these concerted efforts in UI and UX design, we aimed to address the initial challenges, positioning Delio as a competitive and customer-centric choice in Poland’s e-grocery market.
