Facing economic challenges, a significant influx of refugees due to war, and a rising trend in illegal employment, there's a pressing need for a system that can legally, efficiently, and transparently connect employees with employers in Poland.

The solution we devised is a mobile application designed to bridge the gap between employees and employers in Poland through a digital platform that supports job postings, applications, and ensures employment compliance. Stepping in after a previous designer, I continued their work, focusing on developing additional user flows and designing the user interfaces to enhance the app's functionality and user experience.
