Faced with the critical issue of water conservation, our client identified a need for an innovative approach to optimize water usage through automated and controlled cleaning of tanks after liquid production. This challenge was not only about improving operational efficiency but also aimed at securing support from potential stakeholders and the government, highlighting the project's significance in today's environmentally conscious landscape.
In response, my team and I initiated the project with a series of online workshops, where I led the exploration of the product's business goals, user definition, and the drafting of user journeys, alongside establishing the project's scope and roadmap. Understanding the hardware used in production sites and the intricacies of the "Cleaning in Place" process posed our main challenge. Through collaborative effort, we crafted a Proof of Concept, presented as an interactive prototype, designed to impress both government officials and potential investors, thereby securing the needed backing for this crucial initiative.
